The KM3NeT-ARCA detector recently observed an extraordinary neutrino event with an energy of approximately 220 PeV, falling within an unexplored energy range where neutrinos had long been predicted but never previously detected. Based on its energy and direction, an atmospheric origin can be confidently excluded, suggesting a likely cosmic or cosmogenic nature. This contribution provides an overview of these recent findings and explores potential scenarios for the neutrino's origin.
