Magnetic fields are ubiquitous in galaxy clusters, yet their radial profile, power spectrum, and connection to host cluster properties are poorly known. Merging galaxy clusters hosting diffuse radio emission offer a unique possibility to study intra-cluster magnetic fields in these systems. In this talk, I will show how to constrain magnetic field properties using advanced radio-polarization data analysis together with cosmological MHD simulations of galaxy clusters. In particular, I will focus on the recent results achieved with the study of the double relic galaxy cluster Abell 2345.
