Persistent homology of Cosmic Web

I will consider graphs as simplicial complexes and explain the concepts of persistent homology: Vietoris–Rips complex and their filtrations, persistent diagrams, bottleneck and Wasserstein distances. I will show how to use these tools to compare networks, in particular, how this toolkit can be used for research on Cosmic webs of multi-particle cosmological simulations.
