Bayesian inferences in the cosmic large-scale structure

The next generation of cosmological surveys will deliver an unprecedented wealth of data, promising precision tests of our cosmological models. Combined with advances in our ability to model the cosmic large-scale structure, the coming decade will open new windows into the connection between cosmological tracers and the underlying matter distribution. To fully exploit this opportunity, it is essential to rigorously control systematic effects that could otherwise bias cosmological inferences. In this talk, I will present Bayesian frameworks designed to both mitigate systematics and harness the full statistical power of current and forthcoming datasets. I will demonstrate applications on clustering and Type Ia supernova cosmology, concluding with a perspective on future developments aimed at maximising the scientific return of next-generation surveys.
