Over the past few years, the European Astronomical Society has expanded significantly and now represents the majority of astronomers across the continent. Its annual meeting has also grown substantially, becoming the largest recurring astronomical event in Europe.In this seminar, the Society’s activities will be presented, with a focus on efforts to support the scientific community, foster collaboration, and engage in strategic and policy development at both regional and international levels.
